Happy Mother's Day!

What a GREAT MOM!! This is a little "Mother's Day" tribute to my mom - because no one could ask for a BETTER mom!! This picture was taken back in 2005 when My mom flew out to Pennslyvania (w/Rachie - also an awesome person!!) to help me because I had just had Ayden!! In 2007, my mom also flew to Texas to help me after I had Reagan - do you see the pattern here??!!! She is always there whenever we need her - and it was the same way growing up too!!

Here are a few examples - but they are just the tip of the iceberg!! Growing up, we had drill team at 5 AM - yea for a teenager to get up that early ??!! - I still look back and wander about my sanity!! Anyway - My mom was always up BEFORE that so she could have a breakfast ready and the car warmed up!! She would do everything she could BEFORE she woke us up so that we could sleep in as long as possible - THANKS MOM!!!

I also remember how my MOM would always threaten us with ". . . if you DO then your name will be MUD!!"" - Oh my that stopped us right in our tracks - ha ha but it was funny to get her angry and that is the worst she could come up with - what a NICE mom (too bad my kids don't get to experience that either!! They hear much worse!!)

Another GREAT MOM - is Brady's Mom!!! I had Ayden on Sat. and the next day was MOTHER'S DAY!!!! Well, Brady's parents were scheduled to fly out the next week because that was my due date. After we informed them the baby was coming - they booked flights ASAP and arrived in on Mother's Day!!! It was so nice - we started to cry because we were SO happy family would be there (I know, it sounds like we are babies - but try going 5 MONTHS w/out seeing ANY family - I don't know how missionaries do it!!) This picture was taken a few days after they got there!! Brady's mom is a GREAT and she is always there to help too!! She also did a good job raising her SON!!!

So, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to my Mom, Brady's Mom and ALL the other Mom's that read this!!
