We were out of town on Mon. when our builder called and told us about this "oops!" - The guy doing the final grade in the backyard accidentally hit the house - here is the damage.
This is the back of the house on the back of the 3rd car garage - the stucco hole was so bad that the sheetrock on the inside is all cracked. We were lucky, though, because he hit right in the middle of the studs - and not one of thestuds.
The poor guy felt really bad - and we did too! They are being great about taking care of everything. Brady said "it just takes one OOPS to delete all the ATTA BOYs!" At least it was them driving and not Brady!!
Well, on to happier times - here is Grandma w/the Bradshaw and Carter kids - who wants to go to the park??? We loved having visitors!!!

I think I would have started crying if that happened to me!! At least they will have to foot the bill for all the damages-hopefully you will still get to move in soon!!
