This was our adventure of making a gingerbread house - the best part was eating the candy! The kids had a good time - we were all sick the next day!! j/k
This is Ayden with his helmet on - Brady likes them to wear it all day so they don't crack their head open when they are just walking around - you should see the one he has to wear when he IS doing something active!! Brady always wore a helmet when he was a kid - or at least his sister teases him that he did! Ha ha just kidding - but Ayden does like to wear this helmet at Grandma's house and walk around saying "football, football"! We're trying to teach him "GO UTES!!!" (maybe next year!!!)
Sadie was very proud of her gingerbread man! He even lasted until the next day ("not the buttons, not the gumdrop buttons" - name that movie??!!)
This is Ayden at 11 pm while watching the movie "Cars" - I guess he was a little tired! (notice all the black friday ads laying around - that's why I hadn't put him to bed yet - we were planning our 3 AM shopping trip!)

It looks like you guys had a fun thanksgiving! I love making gingerbread houses. Did Brady really wear a helmut? Obviously it didn't do him any good, cus he is still rootin for the Utes! GO BYU!
Oh, that makes me excited to do gingerbread houses-maybe in a few weeks we will do it for FHE! I too love the helmet on Ayden-GO UTES!! (I'll try to get him to say it when I see him!)
